INTERNATIONAL PARCEL JOURNEY...

1. You will get a order confirmation email/ Thank you email.

*If you have not received this please check your spam folder or that you have given the correct email address*

 

2. Production time starts.

Usually 2-3 working days but can be extended by a couple days during sale season but please feel free to contact me for a update by emailing hello@darkasday.com

 

3. Once i have printed/ embroidered your order it is bagged and labelled and at this point you receive your shipping confirmation email with your tracking code.

Your tracking link number will start with LTN then a series of numbers, clicking on this will bring up your tracking page which looks like this......

Because of where I live in the UK (North West) and where my international courier is based (South) i need to use a domestic courier to take batches of orders down to them.

I book this as a next day delivery service but please not that this isn't always guaranteed and if i ship on a Friday it will only arrive on the following Monday.

 

4. Once the batch of orders arrives at my international couriers facility  they will process the orders and your parcel will get its first scan and you will see a new update on your tracking page. 

Your order has now started its journey and will be leaving the country shortly after.

 

5. Once your order arrives in your country it is handed over to the 'Delivery Partner' which is usually the most popular courier in your area.

The original tracking page will now show a hyperlink under the delivery partners name, This will take you to their tracking page where you should be able to see more accurate updates and time frames for your delivery.

Please keep an eye on the tracking to avoid orders being returned to me, As I get charged for this so i would REALLY appreciate it if you could watch for updates.

If you need to reschedule your delivery you must contact the delivery partner unless your order has already started its return journey in which case I will need to wait for the order to be returned to me so I can process it and ship it out to you again (return postage costs will need top be covered by the customer).

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please check in any 'Safe Places' the courier may have left it for you.

Safe places may be with a neighbour, in your porch, behind or under garden furniture, in garage etc.

UK order are sent first class signed for which is a security service and technically not a tracking service, you will receive a code that you can type into Royal Mail tracking page however it will only update when either....

-The parcel is delivered.

-There has been a delivery attempt made, Usually a card will be left with instructions on redelivery or where to collect your parcel from.

You will not be able to view delivery time slots or delivery dates however it should arrive the day after it was shipped.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please check in any 'Safe Places' the delivery driver may have left it for you.
