WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
You can find the relevant size charts at the end of the photos on every product listing on the site.
Our size charts measure from left to right of the product laying flat, you may be used to size guides that measure all the way round the garment, if you are then simply double the body width measurements.
If the product doesn't have a size chart then it is OS (one size fits all) for example caps and beanies.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay with the following methods:
ClearPay, Visa, Mastercard, American express, Discover, Diners club, Maestro, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Express, PayPal eCheck
(Please be aware if you use PayPal eCheck we will have to wait until the payment has cleared before shipping your order, this can take up to 7 working days)
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link beginning with LT you can either click directly on this link to view your orders journey or you can enter the tracking number HERE
Once your order arrives in your country it is handed over to a local delivery partner, this will also be updated on your tracking link and there will also be a option to continue tracking on the delivery partners site for more detailed tracking.
All UK orders are sent out first class 24 hour, this is a speed service and not a tracking service so there will be no tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
CAN I CHANGE/AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER CHECKOUT?
Sure, but you will have to let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org however If we have already processed and handed over your order to our courier unfortunately we wont be able to change your order or shipping address.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?
Yes we sure do! depending on the product availably from our suppliers we aim to get everything back in stock eventually, so if there is something you are looking for, keep you eyes peeled! it will most likely be back in stock in the future.
WILL I FACE IMPORT FEES WITH MY ORDER?
For EU orders we Pre-Pay your orders import VAT and Duties via our IOSS number, so no nasty hidden charges or fees when receiving your order!
Unfortunately Norway and the Canary Islands are exempt from this and will need to pay import duties
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
For any issues with your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com .
Please try to email us in English, we are able to get through more queries and issues faster this way, if you do email us in another language we will still reply but please note it may take us longer to reply to you.
I WANT TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
We offer a 14 day (from time of receiving your order) return period for all orders.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your 4 digit order number (#1111) and let us know if you wish to return the items or exchange for another size and we will reply with return information.
Please note items must be only worn once for sizing, undamaged in any way including smelling of perfume, aftershave or cigarette smoke.
For international returns we advise sending your item with a tracked service as we are not responsible for any returns that go missing in the post.
Once we have received your return we will process it and email you to let you know we have got it and what the next steps will be.
Please make sure to include a note in your return with instructions, name and order number, failing to do this we massively delay your return.
