Returns Policy


If your order is incorrect (wrong item or size sent) which happens extremely rarely, please notify me ( ) as soon as you receive the order and I will PayPal/Bank transfer you the postage price to send the item back to the studio and I will replace the item as soon as possible.



If you wish to exchange your item for a different size you will be asked to pay for the postage for the item to be returned to the studio and postage costs of sending the item back to you.

T-shirts can only be exchanged if they are in perfect condition (only worn once for fitting, unwashed, and not damaged in any way including smelling of perfume/aftershave and cigarette smoke. 

Please notify me of the exchange as soon as you have tried the item on.

Even though t-shirts are a true to size fit (UK) Please check with the size charts before making a purchase to be on the safe side. Size charts can be found at the bottom/end of the product photos on each item listing.



If your order is returned to the studio because you gave a wrong/insufficient address you will need to pay the postage price of sending the order back to you.

This is only fair as Dark As Day gets billed for returned orders.

If you choose to cancel / refund the order after postage you will only be refunded the price of the item(s) and not the shipping.

It is solely the customers responsibility to provide the full correct shipping address. (I have no idea what a full address for Switzerland looks like)



 Dark As Day runs a hassle free returns policy however the customer must notify Dark As Day about the return for refund within 7 days of receiving the order and the item(s) must only be worn once for sizing and still in original condition and not damaged in any way including being stained/ washed/ smelling of aftershave/ cologne or cigarette smoke.



If you receive your order and there is a faulty or damaged item you must notify Dark As Day immediately or at least within the first 3 days of delivery for the item to be exchanged, refunded or part refunded. If the customer does not notify Dark As Day of any damage or faults then the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exclusions: Please note that normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not qualify for a return or exchange.
